      Obesity/overweight may be described as a bodily condition of having weight higher than the ideal weight considered as healthy for a given height. Based on the Body Mass Indicator (BMI Index) medically an adult person is characterized under following headings: BMI less than 18.5: it falls in the underweight region. BMI between 18.5 to <25: it falls in the normal region. BMI between 25.0 to <30: it falls in the overweight region, and BMI above 30.0 or higher: it falls in the obese region. Where, Body Mass Index (BMI) is a person’s weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters. Usually high BMI indicates higher body fatness, unless you have bones with greater density.
